Nominations were announced for the 2024 Tony Awards April 30, with Hell's Kitchen and Stereophonic rising to the top of the pack with 13 nominations each.

Hell's Kitchen is among this year's Best Musical nominees, along with Illinoise, The Outsiders, Suffs, and Water for Elephants. Stereophonic also received a nomination for Best Play, alongside Jaja's African Hair Braiding, Mary Jane, Mother Play, and Prayer for the French Republic.

Broadway favorites and Tony winners Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Renée Elise Goldsberry announced the nominations, with six categories (including Best Musical and Play) on CBS Mornings and the rest via a YouTube video. Watch the complete announcement below.

ROUND-UP: The 2023-2024 Broadway Season in Reviews

Winners will be named at the 77th Annual Tony Awards, set for June 16 at Lincoln Center's David H. Koch Theater. The evening will kick off with The Tony Awards: Act One, streaming for free on Pluto TV. Details are to be announced. The 77th Annual Tony Awards will follow beginning at 8 PM ET, broadcasting live on CBS (check local listings) and streaming live (for premium-level subscribers) via Paramount+. All Paramount+ subscribers will have on demand access to the broadcast beginning June 17. Stage and screen star Ariana DeBose will be back for the third consecutive year to host.
