Criteria & Eligiblity

• Must be a USITT Early Career member.

• Must have been a member of USITT (any category) for a minimum of two years.

• Must agree to attend the 2020 Conference for the full conference period.

• Must agree to provide a written report of their Mentoring experience by May 30, 2020.

• Selected Early Career mentees will be notified by Jan. 25, 2020.

Application must include:

• Your contact information

• Describe your current employment situation (150 words)

• Other employment experience (150 words)

• Outline of short- and long-term goals (500 words)

• Written narrative explaining what one-on-one mentoring will mean to your career (500 words)

  • Please define your expectations and desired outcome of working with a seasoned professional

• Required documents:

  • Resume (One-page PDF)

  • Supporting documents:

    • Up to four documents with renderings, photos, plans, or professional paperwork, or other professional examples.

    • PDF format only.

    • Maximum size and resolution are 18x24 inches, 300dpi, 20MB.
