How do I book my booth?
Reserve your booth space by clicking here and following the prompts. Early booking is recommended to secure prime locations.
Can I submit a proposal for a presentation?
Yes! Exhibitors can submit proposals as part of their package. Submissions are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until Dec. 31, 2024. Submit your proposal here.
What sponsorship opportunities are available?
USITT offers a variety of sponsorship packages tailored to different budgets and marketing goals. For more details, refer to the USITT25 Sponsorship Prospectus or contact Jody Harris.
How much does a booth cost?

What are other costs for decorators, power, etc.?
Please refer to the Exhibitor Services Manual. Once you are an exhibitor, you will gain access to the Exhibitor Services portal, which provides ordering information.
