Governance Committee

The Governance Committee shall provide assistance and advice to the Board of Directors in monitoring governance and compliance issues, shall prepare and/or review all proposed policy and bylaws revisions for Board consideration, and shall review the various committees and commissions and make recommendations for any changes to the Board of Directors. The Committee shall oversee orientation and training of new Board members and shall provide guidance and support in leadership development for the Corporation.
