The Event Safety Alliance is a non-profit global membership organization that promotes “Life Safety First” throughout all phases of live event production. ESA guidance, standards and education activities help empower event professionals to mitigate risks to further the well being of workers and guests at live events.
ESA seeks to hire a fulltime Executive Director to build on the work of its volunteer Board of Directors, members and fulltime Director of Operations.
ESA serves it members through advocacy, education, and networking. We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to help lead ESA into the future.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably within membership associations, non-profits or live event production
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Strong understanding of financial management
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively
• Passion for our mission and membership
