TECHNICAL DIRECTOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Theatre SilCo (formerly The Lake Dillon Theatre Company), home to the new $10 million facility in Silverthorne, Colorado is a professional theatre committed to enhancing the quality of life in Summit County and the Colorado Front Range by providing unique and accessible cultural experiences through the Performing Arts.

The Technical Director is a skilled theatre professional who is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of scenic construction. The TD should also be familiar with lighting, AV, sound and must navigate the multifaceted work environment with an ambitious production calendar. The TD is responsible for overseeing all technical and scenic operations of Theatre SilCo productions including scenic construction, props, lighting, and sound. The TD will maintain all theatrical spaces and equipment including enforcing safety, efficiency, and effective operations. The TD is responsible for all the technical and staging requirements of any production/educational program/tour/class/etc.
