It takes hundreds of people to put on our Annual Conference & Stage Expo, and each year we ask you, our Members, for help! Conference Assistants help us run every part of our show while learning the ins and outs of successfully executing a live event, and receive mentorship from professionals in the live entertainment field.

Your Conference Assistant Mentorship Program participation benefits don’t end when Conference closes. You will have the exclusive opportunity to engage with National Office staff and professionals in the industry through a series of webinars throughout the next year! You will also receive a code to take the BACKstage Exam at no charge to measure your backstage skills.

Conference Assistant positions are highly sought after each year, so make sure to apply early to secure your spot! Positions are open for all areas of Conference such as venue set-up, Stage Expo, USITT Bookstore, registration, and more!
