A Few USITT22 Updates for You
January 14, 2022
We have a few updates for our Conference attendees regarding housing, health checks, and more. We’re working diligently to make sure our event is safe and organized, and we appreciate you doing your part by keeping up with the latest news for USITT22.
- Persons who registered a room at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor through Connections Housing should have received an email earlier today regarding your reservation. Due to an inability to agree to contract terms, USITT has been forced to terminate our relationship with the Hilton. Connections Housing will be working with those affected to reassign them to other nearby conference hotels at equal or lesser rates.
- This week, some early registrants may have received a text message from 42Chat, our vendor for collecting health check information. This was an error on the vendor’s part, as a text was allowed to be sent during the testing process. They assure USITT that this error has been fixed. If you received a text, you can upload your information now, otherwise, our campaign to do this will begin in earnest on Feb. 1. Look for information in upcoming editions of Weekly News.

- The last day to receive a card worth $50 of food and beverage in the Baltimore Convention Center free with your full Conference registration is Feb. 6.
