Gateway Studios & Production Services (GSPS) will open its rehearsal and production studio complex in May 2025. Situated on a sprawling 32-acre campus in Chesterfield, Missouri, part of Greater St. Louis, the facility "redefines production and rehearsal spaces for touring professionals and the entertainment industry at large," says a statement from Gateway. Bookings are now being accepted.

The complex features three purpose-built studios that cater to the demands of live music tours, motion picture/television production, and corporate events. Designed by touring professionals for touring professionals, it is billed as being the largest and most advanced tour rehearsal destination in the US.

Studio 80 is the largest dedicated rehearsal studio in North America, offering 52,500 sq. ft. of rehearsal space, an 80' grid height, and a 2,000,000lb grid weight capacity. It includes a 10,800 sq. ft. receiving/staging area with six loading docks, a drive-in ramp, shore power for six buses, and 15,000 sq. ft. of dedicated dressing rooms with ensuite private bathrooms, offices, and a catering lounge. Featuring 15,000 sq. ft. of rehearsal space, a 75' grid height, and a 1,000,000lb grid weight capacity, Studio 75 is designed for mid-size productions. Amenities include a 4,000-sq.-ft. receiving/staging area, three loading docks, a drive-in ramp, and 8,000 sq. ft. of dedicated dressing rooms with ensuite private bathrooms, offices, and a catering lounge.

With 12,500 sq. ft. of rehearsal space, a 65' grid height, and an 800,000lb grid weight capacity, Studio 65 offers a more intimate yet fully equipped environment. Highlights include two dedicated loading docks, a drive-in ramp, and 5,683 sq. ft. of dedicated dressing rooms with ensuite private bathrooms, offices, and a catering lounge.

The complex includes 15,700 sq. ft. of open space with a 48' ceiling with rigging points at 42'. Additional features include a 3,400-sq.-ft. receiving/staging area, one dedicated loading dock with leveler and truck power, a drive-in ramp, and two offices with dedicated restrooms.

Other features include dedicated loading docks with levelers, truck power, and drive-in ramps; previsualization lighting suites to optimize production planning; artist lounges and in-house catering for ultimate comfort; flexible spaces for corporate events, television, and film production. The facility is equipped with redundant high-speed fiber-optic Internet access from two independent service providers, with capabilities up to 100GB when needed. A 5.5MW independent backup generator system ensures an uninterrupted power supply.
