Attendance at USITT22 in Baltimore next week is dependent on you uploading your vaccine information to 42Chat via SMS (text message). THIS IS A MANDATORY STEP. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO THE BALTIMORE CONVENTION CENTER TO PARTICIPATE IN USITT22 IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED THIS STEP.

It can take up to 72 hours to have your status validated. PLEASE DO THIS IN ADVANCE.

Part of our onsite COVID-19-mitigation protocols include eliminating as many unnecessary lines as possible. By completing this important step before the event, you are helping us to do this.

To complete this step immediately, visit: https://www.usitt.org/usitt22-covid-vaccination-information-42chat and connect to the QR code on that page with your mobile device and then follow the prompts on your device. (It may be expedient to take a photo of your vaccine information to store it on your device.) You will receive a status update shortly.

Those who are submitting negative tests or physicians’ statements, those tests taken or submitted before February 27 will not be considered valid for entry on March 2.
