USITT stands in solidarity with the communities devastated by Hurricane Helene. As someone who grew up on the west coast of Florida and went to theatre school in the mountains of Western North Carolina, I am deeply aware of the devastating impact tropical storms of this magnitude can have. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this tragedy, especially those who were not prepared for weather events this intense.
