1. Why did you become a Member?

After many years of working as a union stagehand, I feel there are still things to learn.
 

2. How did you get started in the industry?

I started in 1974 setting chairs and picking them up for concerts at our local arena. Progressed from there. (under my father's name)
 

3. What's your most memorable industry experience so far?

My first load in, show, and load out. ELP 1977

 

4. Why are you passionate about the live entertainment industry?

The people.
 

5. What's your favorite piece of equipment to work with?

Video/Camera switching.

 

6. What's your "artist's mission statement?"

Create the best production we can.
 

7. What advice do you live by?

There is always an answer.

8. What inspires your work?

Performers.
 

9. Who would you most like to connect with?

Designers.

Never complain to the crew. Try to keep a positive attitude in front of your team.
