Designers, technicians, creatives, industry powerhouses, and innovators — our mission to connect live entertainment, design, and technology communities starts with you! We want to spark vibrant dialog among practitioners, educators, and students by offering a wide variety of educational sessions, panels, masterclasses, and more.

We are seeking sessions that advance our industry and include elements that align with our core values of excellence, inclusion, and responsibility. We encourage potential speakers and presenters to submit educational proposals that will introduce new technology and/or techniques, invite discussions on pertinent topics in design and technology, and help our industry continue to Power Live Entertainment.

We invite you to submit an educational session proposal for presentation at USITT26 in Long Beach, March 18-21, 2026. The deadline to submit is July 14, 2025.
