Calling all Stage Managers! (and the people who love them!)

The people behind the Year of the Stage Manager 2020 have announced that they are EXTENDING Year of the Stage Manager 2020 through JUNE 2021! Here’s their statement.

Why? Because we deserve it.

Additionally, because what’s even a calendar anymore?… We’re doing away with thematic months and the website will feature resources for specific topics—topics we’ll prioritize ALL the time because they’re all about STAGE MANAGERS.

Continue to sign up for SMInstagram Takeovers because, believe it or not, we’re interested to know what you’re up to. And the more you share how this event affects your life, the more people will think about and consider your situation.

Be on the lookout for the new logos! And wear those YSM2020 t-shirts proudly… because as others have mentioned… no better year than the Year of the SM for people to be adaptable, patient, and supportive.

Tell your friends! We have over 5,200 members in this group. YSM2020/21 is a grassroots campaign about education and celebration—our visibility is greater with the more people we reach. Invite your friends! Invite your family! Invite your frenemies! It’s up to you!
