In November, the USITT Board of Directors established the following policy for attendance at the 2022 Annual Conference & Stage Expo: Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19; or if you are unvaccinated (or not fully vaccinated), a negative COVID-19 test within 3 days of the event; or if you recently recovered from COVID-19, you may instead show documentation of recovery from COVID-19 and a negative COVID-19 test three days before the event. 

To help us facilitate the authentication step of this policy, USITT has partnered with 42Chat to validate these documents using their HealthShield product. 42Chat is an award-winning and nationally recognized leader in A.I. chatbot deployment. HealthShield is GDPR compliant and U.S. Commerce Department “Privacy Shield” compliant. The security measures meet or exceed all current industry standards.

All attendees who have provided mobile numbers will receive a text message with a link to upload their documents. Completing this process is imperative and we urge you to complete this step as soon as possible. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND ANY PART OF THE CONFERENCE OR STAGE EXPO WITHOUT COMPLETING THIS STEP. Please note: these steps must be completed on YOUR OWN PHONE. Others many NOT do it for you. 

Each participant must upload their own document(s) through their own mobile device. If you do not receive a text message, or if you want to complete this step immediately, you can scan the QR code below to upload your documents.
